CAN WE HAVE OUR OWN RESERVED AREA IN THE CAMPSITE?
We can’t reserve areas for groups I’m afraid.

Get down early to make sure you get a good space!

ARE THERE HOT SHOWERS AND TOILETS?

Yes, hot showers will be available between 08.00 – 20.00 and there are plenty of toilets dotted around the campsite and festival arena.

CAN WE CAMP NEXT TO THE CAR?

Sorry no.

CAN WE TAKE CAMPERVANS AND CARAVANS INTO THE CAMPSITE?

Unfortunately we don’t have room for campervans and caravans to fit inside the campsite. Hopefully in future years.

For Campers you can park close to the Camping in order to use Showers and facilities

CAN WE BRING A GAS HEATER?

Sorry no.

CAN WE MAKE FIRES AND BBQS IN THE CAMPSITE?

Sorry no.

CAN WE CLIMBS ON CRANES?

NO.

CAN WE TAKE OUR OWN ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPSITE?

Spectators and players will not be permitted to bring their own alcohol into the festival site, campsite or car parks. This is club, council and festival policy and all bags will be checked at the point of entry.

Alcohol and soft drinks are reasonably priced and can be purchased from the official festival bars.

I’M A TEAM MANAGER, WHEN DO WE GET OUR PLAYER CAMPING WRISTBANDS?

You will be able to collect these at the Box Office during registration.

IS THERE A FAMILY CAMPING AREA?

No and no one under 18 can sleep on Camping

WHERE IS THE CAMPSITE LOCATED?

Inside the festival arena. You will need to pass through the main festival entrance to enter the campsite.

No access for cars, campervans or caravans sorry.

General Questions

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

Yes you can bring children to the festival, however anyone under 18yrs must leave the festival arena after 19.00.

IS THERE A CASH POINT AT THE FESTIVAL?

Sorry no, however there is a cash point at the petrol station opposite the festival entrance, this is only a 5 minute walk away.

DO PLAYERS NEED DIFFERENT WRISTBANDS TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL ARENA?

Nope, player wristbands cover you to enter all areas of the festival. You will however need a camping wristband should you have booked camping. Your team manager will be given all the player wristbands.

WHAT SHOULD WE DO AFTER WE HAVE FINISHED PLAYING SPORT?

Get your fancy dress on and start making some shapes on the in the Festival Marquee!

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS ON OFFER AND WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

There are lots of food and drink options available at the festival, all reasonably priced.

CAN WE BRING AN ANIMAL TO THE FESTIVAL?

No sorry, please leave them at home. Most of the festival arena is located on sport pitches so we animals wouldn’t usually be allowed on the site anyway due to health and safety.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING AND ACCESS AT THE FESTIVAL?

Disabled access into the event is available.

Please note, the majority of the festival site is on grass and could, in the case of rain, be difficult for wheelchairs to move around.

WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT THE FESTIVAL?

Thursday evening for the festival opening party of course! Just head down.

CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE FESTIVAL?

Light snacks and soft drinks may be brought into the Festival Arena. Picnic baskets, hampers and bags of food will not be allowed to enter the Festival Arena. There are a variety of catering units on site serving very tasty food.

CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE FESTIVAL?

The car park is located Close to the Festival

WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL OPEN AND CLOSE?

The Festival open 09.00 Am and closes at 02.00 AM

Music will finish at 24.00 on all three nights of the festival

Team & Tournament Questions

WHERE DO WE CHANGE AND SHOWER?

Indoor changing facilities and showers are located in the clubhouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF TEAMS DON’T SHOW UP ON THE DAY?

We will do our BEST to organize the tournament, if a team doesn’t present 5 minutes after the schedule, the team disapperead will lost 20-0

WHICH OTHER TEAMS ARE PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT?

This will be confirmed on the day only.

WHAT TIME IS OUR FIRST MATCH?

This will be confirmed some days before the tournament

WHAT TIME DOES THE TOURNAMENT START AND FINISH?

Tournaments start at 09.00 (please be ready for 08.30). Exact finish times can’t be confirmed until the day but usually between 17.00 – 18.30.

Please note, this a festival type event with many teams and tournaments in attendance. On occasions you may have between 1-2hrs wait between games. Don’t worry, as there is a lot on offer at the festival to keep you busy away from the pitch!

HOW MANY WRISTBANDS DO WE GET FOR OUR TEAM?

One for every person that you have registered at the box office

WHEN DO WE GET OUR WRISTBANDS?

During registration on the day.

Wristbands are not sent in the post.

WHEN DO WE REGISTER OUR TEAM?

You can register on Friday between 18.00 – 23.00, or between 8.30 – 9.30 on both Saturday and Sunday

If you are late to register you will be removed from the festival

SHOULD I RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE POST PRE EVENT?

No, all the information is on the festival website.
